At the same time, it is necessary to follow “One Road, One Belt”strategy and catch the opportunity of signing the multilateral investment free trade agreement, seize the chance to export aluminum processing and manufacturing capabilities, and open up a new industry “oasis”. Relevant policy orientation and organizational coordination should also be initiated.
