Trump Administration Imposes New Sanctions on Iranian Industrial Metal Exports
Washington, May 8 news, on Wednesday, US President Trump imposed new sanctions on Iran's industrial metal export revenues and threatened to take further action unless Tehran "fundamentally" changed its behavior.
A White House statement said that an executive order issued by Trump involved Iran's steel, aluminum and copper industries, which are Iran's largest source of non-oil-related export revenues, accounting for 10% of Iran's export economy.
